Terms and conditions of RHEINGASSI

General Terms and Conditions for Seminars / Workshops / Other Events
Registration

Registrations are accepted via the online form or email.

When registering via the online form or e-mail, one registration form per person must be completed. By registering, the participant offers the organizer a binding conclusion of the contract.

After registration, the interested party / participant will be informed whether they have been given a place to participate. If the respective event is fully booked, the interested party receives a place on the respective waiting list and moves up as soon as a place becomes free.

A place on the waiting list does not guarantee acceptance of participation in the relevant event.

Should another participant make a previously booked space available, the person who moved up will receive information along with other documents such as confirmation of registration, terms and conditions and directions by email.

A registration is then binding, unless the participant has informed him prior to the allocation of the place that he would like to be removed from the waiting list.

The participant receives approx.  6-8 weeks before the start of the event, the respective invoice along with directions and, if necessary, further information.

Arrivals and Returns

The costs for the journey / return journey are generally borne by the participant.

Overnight - accommodation of the participant / food at the venue

At all seminars and events, each participant is responsible for their own accommodation and meals. A lunch menu is offered at some events.

RHEINGASSI (organizer) is exempt from any liability should the manufacturer damage a participant due to improper clarification of the respective ingredients in beverages and food by the food offered.

Cancellation of events

If the minimum number of participants is not reached and / or the speaker is ill, the organizer (RHEINGASSI) reserves the right to cancel the planned event. Participants who have already registered will be informed immediately in writing and any amounts paid will be fully refunded.

All other costs incurred by the participant (possible flight costs, hotel costs, etc.) shall be borne by the participant.

Cancellation by participants

In the event of withdrawal after the confirmation of participation for the respective registered event has been sent, the organizer can demand flat-rate compensation for damages and expenses for the precautions taken, for the measures taken as a result of the withdrawal and for the lost profit without further evidence.

The cancellation costs are as follows:

- 20% of the seminar costs up to 6 weeks before the start of the seminar

- 50% of the seminar costs up to 4 weeks before the start of the seminar

After this, a refund is no longer possible and the full amount must be paid.

Bringing dogs

Bringing dogs to all events is permitted, unless this is expressly excluded in the event description. The organizer must be informed in writing before the start of the event.

The organizer ( RHEINGASSI) asks that bitches in heat be left at home in consideration of the other participants. In individual cases, after consultation with  RHEINGASSI  (Organizer)  to be decided individually.

The participant expressly assures that the dog they bring with them has a valid rabies vaccination and is free from contagious diseases.

All dogs brought along must be kept on a leash on the premises of the respective event location. Leash is only permitted on the appropriately marked areas on the site after consultation with other participants.

Any damage caused to a dog due to improper leash or improper posture will be borne by the respective dog owner.

The owner undertakes to assume all damage caused by the dog (s) he has brought with him. By accepting the General Terms and Conditions (GTC), he confirms the conclusion of a currently valid liability insurance, which is taken out for the dog brought with him.

If the dog and / or owner are harmed while actively participating in an event (seminar, workshop, lecture, hike), the owner of the dog who caused the damage is liable if the dog is at fault. Damage that occurs between two or more dogs, for example by running free on the event site after prior agreement between the participants and the organizer, is covered by the currently valid dog owner liability insurance of the owner whose dog has been damaged.

If a participant and / or participating dog is injured through the fault of the speaker while actively participating in an event, the respective speaker booked for the event is liable in the event of damage.

RHEINGASSI (organizer) is exempt from complicity here.

Ineffectiveness of individual provisions
